After a smooth check-in and refreshing welcome drink, take time to relax and absorb the tranquil atmosphere of your royal surroundings.

In the afternoon, embark on your first leopard safari drive. As the golden light of the setting sun bathes the rocky terrain, venture into Jawai’s wilderness with expert trackers. This region is renowned for its remarkable coexistence of wildlife and local communities, offering excellent chances of spotting the elusive Indian leopard.

Return to the castle by evening, where a delightful dinner awaits. The night may be complemented by a bonfire or traditional local hospitality, creating the perfect introduction to Rajasthan’s wild beauty.

DAY 2

Wildlife & Birding at Jawai

Begin your day early with a thrilling morning leopard safari, when wildlife activity is at its peak. The cool morning hours offer outstanding opportunities to witness leopards navigating the granite hills, along with sightings of hyenas, foxes, and numerous bird species.

After returning to the castle for a leisurely breakfast, the late morning unfolds with a scenic excursion to Jawai Dam. This serene reservoir is a paradise for bird enthusiasts, hosting migratory and resident species such as flamingos, cranes, and raptors (seasonal). Crocodiles can often be seen basking along the banks, adding to the experience.

Enjoy lunch back at the castle before heading out for an afternoon safari drive, exploring new tracks and habitats. Each safari presents a unique adventure shaped by nature’s unpredictability.

Evening hours are reserved for relaxation, followed by another memorable dinner at the castle.

DAY 3

Culture, Landscapes & Optional Safari

Following breakfast, set out to explore the cultural and spiritual essence of the region with visits to nearby temples such as Dev Giri or Kambeshwar Mahadev Temple. These peaceful sites, set against rugged backdrops, offer beautiful vistas and insight into local traditions.

Return to Castle Bera for lunch and leisure time. Guests may choose to unwind at the property or opt for an additional wildlife experience, such as an extended safari drive focusing on sloth bears, leopards, or birdlife.
