We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers such as hotels, tour operators, and transport agencies.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Use the Website in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Not engage in unauthorized use, interference, or data scraping.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Full payment is required to confirm bookings.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers.

  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

5. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

  • Cancellation policies are governed by third-party providers.

  • Refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

  • We are not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure or third-party disruptions.

6. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid passports, visas, permits.

  • Complying with health, safety, and any emerging disease guidelines applicable in visiting country.

  • Understanding and accepting local customs and risks of your travel destination.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party providers.

  • Missed connections, cancellations, or service disruptions.
